Nestled in the Urban setting of Caulfield South in Melbourne’s Inner East, Caulfield South Passivhaus is fun and welcoming project for a young and busy family. A simple palette and hard-wearing palette ensures this warm and bright home will grow with the kids without any of the standard signs of aging from conventional Australian housing stock.
A palette of whites, timber and concrete were brought together to meet the demands of a young and energetic family. We set out to design a home that created a peaceful environment but could take the wear and tear of the energetic and playful kids.
