At the base of the Victorian Alpine region, this brand new cottage inspired home has been design and built to be perfectly comfortable through all conditions. Low maintenance and well-designed to suit the lovely retired couple that connect with the landscape surrounding them.
Simple, natural textures and materials contrasted with flecks of vibrant colours created a special palette for this modest, yet mighty Passivhaus.
An important part of the brief was for ease of access into all parts of the house for an aging couple. This also meant using materials that would stand up to wear and tear from accessibility aids and be easy to clean.
All of the doors and windows are some of the highest quality in the world. Triple glazed, multi-point locking hardware and a finish that results a special piece of furniture in every room.
